I had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I would happily come back again!

Royal solaris is a good option if you want just a resort experience but its little far from the main hotel zone.

Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again.

Not worthy. I booked my stay at this hotel for 3 days. I reserved a king sized bed with ocean view but they gave me double bed unit, after requesting for a change the staff lectured me on how the rooms are typically selected for the views and not for the bed type, amused with his explanations. I think they should not provide options if they want to randomly assign units regardless of our choice. Secondly, to reserve one of the two restaurants that they have you will need access to the app and it took almost two hours for them to get the app to work upon check-in and by that time all the restaurants were full for the day. Also, I learned that these restaurants are not available for you to reserve everyday if your stay is for 3 days your are allowed to book only once. The soundproofing in the units is bad you can hear lot of noises and sounds of nearby guests making it hard to sleep at night. Also survived with a clogged sink in the bathroom. I would definitely not recommend staying here it’s not worthy for the price you pay.

The room is nice, environment is so nice, but we met a staff at lobby. And he promised to gave one free spa and the other spa for my friend will be 35$ , after I gave him all information and brought my friend back, he changed his saying, it’s totally making me feel bad and it ruined my day to be honest.

The staff were mostly nice. Nothing is 100% so dont expect all of them to be. Most pushy timeshare experience I've ever been to. I had to tell so many people no in so many ways. Also, it took over 3 hours not 90 minutes. They are currently under construction and that was never disclosed. So we got to find that out when we arrived. The elevators were unavailable during more than 1 of the days while we were there. Already there are a lot of stairs, this added so many more. The food options were decent but nothing stuck out as great except those staff members. They were all super nice and very helpful. My key card for our room failed almost every day and I had to go to the front desk and have it reprogrammed. Very frustrating. We got to walk in the sand and touch our toes to the water, but it was red flag days for our entire stay. So there was no swimming in that water. Then, the pools were unavailable multiple times for reasons not communicated to us. Just yellow caution tape to keep us out. They did a circus themed night that was very cool. Great performers. Very talented. Good food. Overall it was underwhelming and we will not return.

Charge me double price for what I booked! Make bad mode and not clearly tell us what exactly the price for two people

At this price, with this quality, there's no reason not to go.

Poor facilities. Will never come to this hotel. The sink is clogged. The curtain is broken.

The rooms were clean and the staff's service was impeccable. The restaurant staff, in particular, provided very attentive service.

Nice hotel and helpful staff, with convenient access to the beach and lovely views throughout.
