The property had a terrible odor throughout my stay. There were several bugs in my room. There was a point where I could only shower with cold water because the hot water was not running. It was not as advertised on *******.

The hotel is okay. The rooms are cleaned every day. It is a low cost hotel. The staff will help you get where you need to go. They also fixed my bed. The negative parts are that the hotel itself is not air conditioned. The room is but not the halls and lobby. The ceiling looks like it suffers from a few roof leaks. There is no hot water and I was on the third floor which had low water pressure. I’m interested in adventure so I like getting around and going places. The hotel is not a deal breaker. I did enjoy the low price. If you’re looking for a resort experience, this is not for you.

Local shopping and food area and it is very clean environment. Everything is walking distance away and very affordable. Parking area available as well, and very easy to get transportation.

good choice for my tastes. older building. lower than average price. the room itself was totally great. slight issue with noise here snd there but not often. access to beach is not at all convenient, but that goes with the bargain price for the room. main reason for the stay was to have a lower cost option that had nice clean rooms. this place hit the mark. will stay there again for sure.

I've been to a lot of very expensive hotels, one of them being a Holiday Inn Kristal Hotel and another, but you guys really earned the 5 stars, and I'll give you 5 more.
