I was extremely satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. It offered incredible value for money. The beachfront king-size room was very close to the sea, and pictures 1, 2, and 6 show the view from the balcony. I could gaze at the ocean all day long and never get tired of it; the sea in Cancun is absolutely stunning, truly that jelly-like turquoise blue. The all-inclusive meal plan was fantastic. The hotel has many beautiful restaurants, and dining there was an experience in itself. Just be aware that for some popular restaurants, you need to book them as soon as you check in, otherwise, you won't be able to get a reservation later. If you enjoy drinks, it's even better, with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to choose from. Opting for the all-inclusive package was definitely a smart choice.

A huge disappointment.
The check-in was absolutely disastrous: excessive waiting time and, above all, a rude and unprofessional attitude from the staff, despite our Pyramide Guest status, which is supposed to provide superior service.
There is no real guest service at all: it was impossible to get proper help or clear answers throughout the stay.
The food is disgusting, tasteless, and of very poor quality.
The buffet is awful, with little variety and far below the standards expected from a hotel in Cancún.
Room service is a joke: impossible to place an order despite waiting over one hour on the phone. No one answers, and no solution is ever provided by the staff.
Even the beach was disappointing: poor organization, badly managed sunbeds, and almost no service provided. Once again, the level is unworthy of a hotel of this supposed standard.
Having stayed in several hotels in Cancún, I can say without hesitation that all of them were better than this one.
I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Run away and don’t look back.

The hotel shows are great pools as well and restaurants. The buffet food was not the best but edible. As far as the rooms the views are good but I had ants problem with the water tv not working and even saw a roach at the door...

Best place I’ve stayed at in the last 5 years of travelling this place is amazing loved every second of it. Had one issue with security bringing a girl in who was up my a$$ but we got her a day pass like we intended too and we were all good again. Least you know security is good so again couldn’t recommend a place better and for the price this is a BARGAIN
