Hello, I made a reservation from July 13 to 16 for this establishment in Cancun Quintana Roo Mexico, but a personal problem arose, I contacted the establishment by WhatsApp notifying them that I would show up from July 14 to 16 and apparently everything was going well but oh surprise when I arrived at the indicated place no one gives me information, they are called by phone, whatsapps are sent, text messages are sent and nobody answers, then luckily 🍀 I run into a lady, I explain my problem to her and she responds that the reservation had been canceled because I did not show up on the indicated day, I show her the conversation that was had on WhatsApp and she tells me that nothing can be done and that it had already been reported to the app where the reservation was made that I never showed up, they made me waste my time and spend money, because I had already made plans and reserved activities to do while I was there on the days that the change had been made, in addition they threw everything in the trash because I had to look for where to stay and make expenses that I had planned, here I send you photos of the conversation, message and call I made, and I would also like to know if I will be reimbursed for the money I paid, since I don't think anyone will be held responsible for the additional expenses I incurred.
