Very bad experience at hotel check in, booked weeks ago with Trip.com confirming a 4 day stay for 2 adults 2 children , at arriving at the hotel they charged me full fee for a children for 4 days as an extra adult even though it was booked as 2 adults 2 children on Trip.com , I requested help from Trip.com and they told me. Very nicely in about 6 occasions trough my 4 day stay that they where finding out what happened , to this day neither the hotel or Trip.com has come forward with an explication of why they charged me differently from my booking, I will be staying in this hotel due to his location sometime in the future but I will do it trough their webpage, no need to book trough Trip.com needless to say a disingenuous booking , I had a previous booking with Agoda, but Trip.com was cheaper for the exactly same type of reservation so I decided to tried it out BIG Mistake, it seems they lower the cost of this reservation to bring costumers to their website, so much to expect from a Chinese base company, I learned my lesson.
