房間挺寬敞的，但明顯非常老舊了。如果房間所處的樓位置不好，即便是海景房，也衹是能遠遠得看到海而已。酒店的沙灘很乾凈，沒看到海藻，景色無敵。早餐是自助餐，品種算是挺豐富的，但口味一般，我最喜歡的居然是用牛奶煮的燕麥粥。

The hotel is a bit old with a odour inside the room. The staff is not helpful. When I requested a water boiler, all the staff didn't understand what is a water boiler. I tried to call the reception again to clarify, they simply ignored my call until the 6th call. This is definitely not acceptable. However, the ocean view is excellent and the beach is very clean.

Being by the beach was amazing. Clear, blue waters. The food left much to be desired but overall would come again.

I would have liked to be closer to Cancun city.. Hotel was looking tired.. Make sure you have transport arranged prior to arrival in Cancun otherwise you will be charged way too much by the taxis as they are all in cahoots together. They were wanting 80 US to start with. We ended up getting a taxi for 60 US which is $100 Australian and caught an Uber back to the airport for $25 Australian? there are no Ubers available at the airport on arrival.

Everything in general was way overpriced in comparison to US. Igf you aren't doing the overpriced al inclusive don't bother staying here. It would have been nice to know where look for activities. . Service was great. Gym was tiny.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. My room did have some really small ants everywhere. The floors in our room needed extra attention. But I didn’t go to stay in my Room. The Amenity’s here are excellent. Guillermo at the pool bar, made us the best Drinks. I loved the location and the Food options. I would book here again.

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights .
Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good .
Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect .
Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .
