Precioso hotel con encanto. Sencillo y acogedor. El trato del personal es EXCELENTE. Especialmente Estrella en recepción, Ana en el restaurante o el señor del bar. Limpísimo todo. Ha sido una estancia increíble acompañada de mucha nieve!!!!

El hotel está bien dentro de su categoría, pero necesita algo más de mantenimiento en general, al menos en la parte en la que nos alojamos nosotros (habitación 110). Tanto las cortinas de la bañera como las propias bañeras tenían que pasar ya a la historia. La habitación estaba un poco machacada, aunque limpia. El desayuno y las comidas estaban bien. La comida es casera y el precio está bien. Pero lo mejor es el personal, muy correcto, en general. Destaco sobre todo a la recepcionista de las mañanas, muy simpática y atenta.

Esta muy bien. Es verdad que es antiguo pero las habitaciones estan renovadas. La situación es inmejorable en el centro de Candanchu. Nuestra habitación tenía una gran terraza con sillas y mesas con vistas a los montes. El desayuno correcto en un salón con ventanales. Delante del hotel hay parking gratuito pero creo que también hay uno interior.

Ciertamente sigue siendo un Encanto de Hotel y un Hotel con Encanto ( por su solera,por su ubicación, por su cocina y sobre todo por TODO su personal, dirección, recepción, camarero/as,encargado de cafetería..) da gusto el trato, la familiaridad con la que te tratan ,todo facilidades y eso te hace sentir como en casa,no me extraña que siga siendo la referencia de la Estación

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during a road trip in the Pyrenees for one night without an advance booking. We found the staff friendly and our room at the front of the hotel afforded a superb view of the mountains. Our bathroom was dated and in need of renovation but the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room which was a slight issue in July! The rustic communal areas of the hotel were pleasant and clean. The food in the evening at the hotel restaurant was ok, with three choices for each course. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Hemos pasado cinco días de agosto en este hotel de montaña. No hemos podido quedar más contentos con la elección. Relax total, vistas increíbles, excelente limpieza, cama comoda y menú con comida real, de calidad y bien elaborada. Amabilidad y simpatía por parte de todos los que trabajan allí. Medidas anticovid en todo el hotel. Muy recomendable!

Hemos pasado unos días en familia dos adultos y un niño. Todo correctísimo y limpisimo, y el personal muy amable y educado. Hemos dormido muy bien y las cenas también bien. Quizás la única pega es que, aunque fuera agosto, había días que se hubiera agradecido algo de calefacción en el dormitorio y el salón. Aún así, recomendable.
