Hotel que no cumple como 4 estrellas. Ubicación muy buena y el personal muy amable. Habitaciones pequeñas. Desayuno justo. Es muy tranquilo . El comedor del desayuno es pequeño y deberían tener las mesas con lis servicios puestos.

Stayed in this hotel for a night as we are going to Santiago, it’s a good place to break the trip. The hotel is directly on the ocean and we were given a sea view room. With the window open we were able to hear the seagulls and the waves. Lovely. The room is basic, with mini fridge and a safe. No bathrooms amenities. Bathroom a good size. Beds were huge and had good linen. The parking under the property was scary and we got charged 14€ for the night. The lady at reception had a bad day and wasn’t friendly at all. Not even trying to help us in English. Kept on repeating her requests in Spanish. A bad fried food smell was lingering around in the corridors and in the room, although less pungent. I think 3 star would be a better rating for this hotel and the price should also be less

Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the reviews as the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Maybe 3 and a half, but 4 definitely not. Many of the things are degraded (baseboards, closet doors, floors) but are clean. The room was quite spacious and apart from the degrated points there is not much else to say. Breakfast was not very varied but included the basics. Parking was not free, but there was a place very close by, with plenty of spaces available. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location, as it is right in front of the port/beach.

Es un cuatro estrellas con "vocación de tres", pero está muy limpio, las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas y las vistas desde cualquier habitación son excelentes, desde todas se ve el mar y la montaña. La relación calidad-precio es muy, muy buena.

No merece las cuatro estrellas que tiene. La habitación es amplia y los colchones están bien, lo único bueno con la ubicación, las vistas y la amabilidad del personal. Fuimos en Semana Santa y las camas estaban vestidas solo con una sábana y una colcha, teníamos una manta para las dos camas que compartimos porque hacía frío, podíamos haber pedido otra, pero nos apañamos así. El armario estaba sucio, con restos de migas en un cajón y frutos secos en otra zona, nos quejamos en recepción y subieron a limpiarlo, poniendo como excusa que había una chica nueva para la limpieza. La ventana del baño no cerraba bien, hacía frío para duch****. Los cristales de la ventana y la terraza estaban sin limpiar, las cortinas “cosidas” con esparadrapo y no muy limpias. La señal wifi no llegaba a la habitación. El suelo del baño de nuestros hijos estaba sucio, los cristales y las cortinas igual que las nuestras, la señal wifi tampoco llegaba a la habitación y las sábanas “tenían manchas que no salen”. Por supuesto nos quejamos y al día siguiente se supone que nos limpiaron a fondo las dos habitaciones. Contratamos el desayuno, 10€ por persona, por ese precio nos pareció muy escaso. En fin, nada recomendable.
