friendly staff,television not working not very clean,water for washing hands very low pressure should be kettle for boiling water so that we do not have to go across the road where the office is to get hot water for coffee.

Basic but clean room. A bit narrow for a family room for 5 people. Water problems in the bathroom in the morning. Average WIFI network. The pool water was not very clean.
On the plus side: cartoon characters color the site for the pleasure of young and old alike.
Pretty decent value for money!

Not clean. No towel and toiletries. They were asking us to pay 120 php per head to access the hotel amenities but I showed them the convo of their customer service that it is free, so they let us pass. However, pool is also not maintained, you wouldn’t want to dip yourself in the water. The whole hotel is dirty! Comfort rooms are a mess and very stinky. There are a lot of better hotels in the area so please think twice if you consider this.
