Nice hotel, excellent location if you want to stay close to the airport José María Cordoba, but don’t take this hotel if you want to stay in Medellin because is far far away…
The service is pretty slow and bad… just don’t put attention regarding that, because the swimming pool, sauna a amenities are super cool.

The hotel has a very good environment. There is a forest behind it and there is an airport shuttle bus. It is convenient to travel. There are two restaurants, one serving local Colombian food and the other international western food at affordable prices.

The room condition was shabby. There was a sting musty/mold odor in the room. The hardware on the bathroom door was loose, and the furniture (table tops) appeared damaged. The bed was comfortable enough. No instructions on how to work the tv were available and it wasn’t intuitive. The best thing about it was the staff. They were extremely kind and helpful.

Ac wasn’t working correctly. I asked for a sorry and got one with a handicap shower . Looked horrible. The room only had 2 towels. And 3 hangers. Tried calling the spa to reserve a Massage several times. No body answered. Asked for a bucket of ice, got 2 glasses with ice. Ordered beers and some sparkling water, they came room temperature.
