The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. The location is perfect for anything, and the hotel was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was very clean! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our bathroom shower leaked and maintenance responded quickly. The restaurant was very good. Also, liked that garbage was emptied daily and we received new towels!! Will return for next visit.

1 out of 2 elevators was down and not working the whole weekend which slowed down everyone moving throughout the hotel. Ice machines were out of order on multiple floors . A/C unit in my room didn’t work very well . The pool was nice . Overall it was an expensive hotel for the quality . Older television set . Comfy bed. Nice walk in shower . Fairly clean room . Fridge kept my drinks cold.

I can lay my head on any pillow but i like to go to hotels for the experience of the employees and atmosphere. This location went above and beyond for me and my wife when the airport lost our luggage 🧳! Great Great team members there will only come back to this hotel

The staff was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. The room and common areas were very clean and up to date. There was one elevator which was out of order, but it didn’t really cause an issue. Great hotel for the area. Definitely recommend

Visited Ohio for a wedding. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. We got in the pool before bed and ended up staying til it closed! It was so warm. The staff was great. Shout out to Lisa the bartender🔥 No compliments what so ever! Can't wait to go back!

The pillows were great, The duvet was very cozy and clean. The room was clean, and the bathroom was easy to access, especially the bathtub. The grab bar going into the bathtub was very convenient. However, my bed was not comfortable. It felt like there was a board underneath the mattress. It was functional, However, compared to every other holiday Inn, I’ve gone to our Holiday Inn express I’ve gone to. It’s a little below average.

Ceiling paint peeling in bathroom and main area of room Ice makers not working on multiple floors toilet paper fixture loose in bathroom. Bed was not made up after 1st night stay. _______________________________________________________
