Hotel Villa de Canfranc

El hotel en pleno centro, en la carretera. Muy limpio y la comida de lo mejor. El personal muy amables y los camareros muy atentos y simpáticos.

Está muy bien situado pero necesita una reforma en condiciones. No tiene nevera y la cafetería abre después de los desayunos del hotel, no te puedes tomar un café por la mañana. Había muchos niños subiendo y bajando por las escaleras armando jaleo. Y es mucho mejor dos almohadas que una grande en la cama de matrimonio

Trato muy agradable, pero las habitaciones necesitan un cambio, parecen de los años 60, sin embargo el cuarto de baño completamente remodelado muy bien. Un punto muy importante a su favor es que admiten mascotas algo muy dificil de encontrar en España. Está muy bien ubicado

La habitación estaba muy limpia. En recepción nos atendieron muy bien. La comida es buena, no muy abundante, pero suficiente. El desayuno básico pero bien. Lo mejor de todo, un camarero joven que nos trató muy bien. Muy amable y realizando su trabajo de manera excelente. Da gusto cuando te atiende alguien con una sonrisa y tan bien. Muchas gracias por hacer que nos vayamos con esta buena sensación.

Hemos estado este fin de semana esquiando en Astun y cogimos a ultima hora reserva en el hotel. Despues de leer las opiniones tenia un poco de miedo a ver como estaria y me parece que hay valoraciones poco justas. Hemos pagado 111€ la noche con MP para dos personas, un precio asequible estando en Canfranc (pocos km a Astun y Candanchu) y plena temporada alta de esqui. La habitacion es verdad que la decoracion puede que sea basica y antigua pero esta super limpio, colchones nuevos y comodos, calefaccion sin faltar, toallas muy limpias y agua caliente para ducharte a gusto despues de un dia de esqui. Habitacion amplia que pudimos secar ropa, botas,....etc. la cena consta de 3 platos (a elegir entre varias opciones) y postre y el desayuno un buffet muy bueno, sobre todo el cafe y los croissant geniales, pero hay embutido, pan, bolleria, zumo, tortilla, mantequilla y mermelada,...vamos para desayunar muy a gusto. El trato del personal ha sido exquisito, perdimos la llave del candado del portaesquis y en seguida solucionaron el problema y ademas con positividad y ayudando en todo. Lo unico negativo a decir, es verdad que en las habitaciones se oye todo pero es un edificio antiguo y que las ventanas entra algo de frío, esto ultimo mas facil de solucionar creo yo, aunque bajan las persianas para que se mantengan las habitaciones calentitas Precio calidad estupendo! Volveremos seguro!!

Very unpleasant arrogant and rude reception staff. Rooms with a lot of noise, at the foot of the road. Heating although only at times, correct breakfast. As every time we go to Villa de Canfranc, and we have been seven years, we feel at home. We are four families, sixteen people, and both the elderly and the young, we only have words of thanks for all the hotel workers.
