Muy agradable lugar y las habitaciones y un personal encantador. El buffet del desayuno bastante amplio y todo de buena calidad. Tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas cerradas y el aire acondicionado encendido debido al ruido ensordecedor de las máquinas de aire acondicionado de su propio restaurante donde ofrecían el desayuno, una lástima porque el resto del lugar es muy agradable.

Gran hotel, magnífico trato de todo el personal, lugar destacado en Canfranc, buena relación calidad precio. Bien situado muy cerca de pistas pero en el propio pueblo junto a la estación. Renovado recientemente ofrece instalaciones modernas y cómodas.

El hotel precioso, acogedor, no es el típico hotel solo para dormir, disfrutamos de la sala de juegos, el bar, la chimenea... La habitaciones limpias y la cama muy cómoda. Todos el personal atento y dispuesto a todo en cualquier momento. Repetiremos seguro, ya que ha sido unos días especiales. La ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la naturaleza y de un pueblo precioso. El momento chocolate caliente en la chimenea es irrepetible.

Fuimos a comer con mi familia, un menú de 35€ que ha sido el peor de mi vida, (encina celebraba mi cumple) la atención pésima ni un buenos días por parte del camarero, no sabía lo que nos ponía en la mesa, puesto que ha puesto vichyssoise y tuvo que volver a cocina a pregunta porque no sabía que contestar. Pedimos una parrillada que sólo tenía pollo, conejo y chorizos , a mi sorpresa cuando corte las carnes estaban crudas totalmente, pido devolver el plato es imposible comer eso! Lo cambio por un entrecot al punto llega a la mesa crudo que al tocar la carne aún está fría, vamos una vergüenza total, nadie se digno a disculp****, solo a pase**** por el cristal de la cocina para ver quien era la que devolvía por segunda vez el plato, vamos una vergüenza total, y allí comieron los reyes?? jaja pobres reyes. Desde luego jamás volver porque fue pésima la atención, la comida y el trato. No lo recomiendo para comer.

El hotel no está mal, quizás Justo para 4* pero puede pasar. Lo peor el servicio, desorganizado y escaso, te dicen cuando llegas que la cocina cierra a las 15:30, bajas de esquiar con niños hambrientos a las 15:00 y no hay cocina, y no saben porque, solo que no hay y punto, y a busc**** la vida. Coges el desayuno incluido y en el comedor te dicen que los niños tienen que pagar aparte que está incluido para los adultos, cuando insistes que eso no puede ser te dicen que tienes razón y que ha sido un error, si no insistes te lo cobran.
