She had a friendly smile, checked in efficiently and smoothly, and took the initiative to introduce the hotel's facilities and surrounding travel guides. When I asked for a room preference, she patiently coordinated and quickly solved my needs, and even prepared cookies. When I encountered problems late at night, Yael remained professional and assisted in handling them in a timely manner, which made people feel at ease.
