設施：淋浴頭壞的，沒有及時進行檢查維修。
服務：內部管理有問題，已經退房把房卡交給前台很久了，竟然打電話問續不續住、房卡在哪裡。

酒店大樓很氣派，超大的大堂，房間也很大，設施齊全雖然舊了些，周圍環境不錯，有個大院子，停車方便。周邊吃飯挺方便的。

真不怎麼樣 從酒店外面看還不錯 一進裏面就徹底失望了 衞生環境都不好 面盆還堵了 不下水 退房東西還丟酒店了 都沒人通知我 這都什麼服務呀 幸虧不是什麼值錢的東西 我也不要了 以後也不會去了

酒店的位置不錯，斜對面就是貝殼廣場。走到貝殼公園大約5-10分鐘。周圍吃飯的地方也很多。房間非常大，內高應該有3m甚至更高。衞生間是乾濕分離，不僅有淋浴室，還有浴缸，這一個衞生間相當於有些酒店的兩個。裡邊的設施配合的都很好，還有小冰箱。沙發和座椅都很舒服，網絡也很不錯。居住很舒服。
