The park is very kids friendly and the staff and service was great. The cabins could do with an upgrade though 😀

What a lovely quiet peaceful place. Had the opportunity of staying here for 3 nights in our van. Staff are very welcoming hospitable and knowledgeable. Park and amenities are very clean a credit to all the staff. Pools and slide are great for all ages to cool off in on a hot day. Huge jumping pillow. Plenty of activities to keep you occupied or just sit back and enjoy the bush setting and the surrounding wildlife. Don't miss Saturday night pizza. You won't be disappointed. We had a great stay. Thank you. Ray & Jodi

The park was understaffed, the staff were rude, the park facilities are extremely run down and poor conditions. No meals being made as chef quit job and no communication from staff. The jumping pillow has no cover is super hot kids can’t use it, the pools where green by time we left, the park flooded when rained Chris**as Eve, no drains for caravans to run grey water pipe into at any sights. Staff never even attended to see if campers were ok when we all got flooded on grounds. Laundry has 2 washing machine 1 dryer and only coins no card options. Toilets/ showers was hot as soon as opensed the door made you feel sick the cleanness is not there the park needs a way better management and also needs a full clean up. Maintenance is not there at all sooo much work needed. Not 1 nice garden to even look at, we traveled so far and even left a night early we where done! The cabins are not upto standards to be having people sleep in them, the aircon make a lot of noise are not cleaned or serviced, the cleanness is disgusting we even upgraded to a better cabin and no better just more money. Both cabins do not lock from the inside with a key. The park is in need of a full revamp. We won’t be back or give any good review

We stayed in a Premium Cabin which had no cooking facilities, The balcony looked at the next 3 cabins despite the bush surrounding. Other views were of a car park & poorly screened off maintenance area. Design & location of cabins should have been placed in bush setting. Park layout is poorly set out.

The park was under staffed so the service was a bit undesirable, no information was given what so ever except for a map of the park.. we almost missed out on dinner due to lack of communication.. the grounds were very dry and dusty. Water park and jumping pillow didn’t start until 9/9:30am.. all the kids in the park were up waiting by 7am! We would love to stay again, but we will it time to see if there are improvements made. It is a family friendly place and our kids loved it.

Best spot for families. The waterpark caters for young kids as well as older kids and adults, shaded areas and well set up with 3 pools. Sport hires and heaps to do outdoors for all ages. Fun wildlife experiences like kangaroos on your door steps and bird feeding. Great friendly staff. The only thing we noted for improvement was a bit more care in the cleaning but other than that it was one of my favourite holidays.

The positives: Was restful until Friday. The fish and chips were good. Mostly friendly staff. Saturday night was fairly quiet due to the kids attending Movie Night. We did not go in peak holiday time. The wildlife. The negatives. It was like an episode of KIDS GONE WILD. Whilst the park has a lot of rules regarding what children can and cannot do, most parents ignore them and the park doesn't police them. Disgusting feral toilet behaviour meant that from Friday to Monday the toilets were disgusting because the children were disgusting. Pizza's were the word I have ever had and ended up in the bin. Uncooked base and flavourless topping. Don't waste your money - very expensive. Fire wood is over priced and hard to chop. I watched many people struggle. Buy it before you go. There were many open fire pits left unattended after 10pm. Very scary practice to let happen. The wildlife. Had issues with angry male roos at night. Stop feeding them people!

Great family-friendly park. We stayed in cabins which were well-equipped. Park reception staff very helpful and good option to have fish and chips Friday and Pizzas Saturday . There was also an outdoor movie on Saturday. Enjoyed our well signed walks in the gorge and lots of sulphuric crested cockatoos at bird-feeding each afternoon. Plenty to do for all ages.

Worst Customer Care. We booked a specific site ahead of time so that we could keep an eye on our ADHD boy whilst on the jumping pillow. Drove 4 hours to find out that the staff stuffed up our booking. Manager could not have cared less. No apology at any time. Just offered our money back and shrugged his shoulders. Add to that a young girl who was initially handling the situation and felt we had no right to be upset, went and geed up her groundsman boyfriend who confronted my husband threatening to beat him up in front of our 9 year old son! Apparently customers are not allowed to be upset! We have been 6 times before to this park with never a problem. We were even offered a job. I work in sales and never would treat my customers with such disrespect. Disgusting!
