Good location in the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you. Unstable and slow Wi Fi. I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment.

It is listed that there is an elevator, but on each floor only for a few individual rooms (3), for the other rooms the stairs should be used. The location of the rooms, such as the maze, and near the hotel offices, laundry, cleaning rooms, etc., is not respectable. No minibar. There is no internet (ie it is possible to connect to the Internet, but the speed tends to zero (maybe 3 MB download, 0.5 MB upload - really disappointing) The double bed - is uncomfortable, thin, and causes back pain after sleeping in this bed. In short apart from the excellent location and reasonable service, everything else is not worth a three-star hotel.

I'll start right away with the fact that up to 5 stars the hotel did not have enough convenient location of sockets on the sides of the bed (one was by the bed, and the other was near the entrance). It seems like a trifle, but it was very uncomfortable together. The rest of the hotel is good. It was warm in the room, the air conditioner was constantly working for heating. The room was clean, as in the photo on the Internet. The bathroom was new and freshly refurbished. We were given additional hygiene products. The hotel has stairs and an elevator. To get to the rooms you need to go through the breakfast room and climb another staircase higher. The concierge usually sits in the breakfast room, but as soon as someone comes, he immediately goes to the entrance. Very polite everyone, we were able to leave the bags at the reception after check out. Upon arrival, they asked for a document - they accepted a driver's license instead of a passport without any problems. I asked for a room with a balcony, but it was not available as we were told, but we got a French balcony - beautiful !!! The view of the city was good.

The photos do not correspond at all to what is shown on the site at the room level. Even the advertised balcony was not in the room. Then you must not be handicapped in any way because the room is on an upper level not accessible by lift. No shutters, just white curtains as a separation from the outside. Elevator for 2 very narrow floors cannot accommodate more than one person with a suitcase. The elevator gives the impression of breaking down so much it goes very slowly. In short ... it is not worth 150 euros for 2 nights. In addition, tourist taxes in addition to be provided outside the contract. In short... in short... zero

We stay in this hotel and it has the best location while in Cannes, it is 3 blocks from the train station and is in the shopping area, every this is really close by. They have an elevator which it makes it ideal for people with disabilities.

This hotel is run very well. The staff are friendly, efficient and easy going. The rooms are clean, large, and vary between a single/ double to a family room. The breakfast is just as varied to Cater for all ages and plenty of Nutella available for the little ones too.

Perfect location 2 mins to the train station and right in the heart of Cannes but still nice and quiet and friendly staff. Great for a long weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing - bright and very spacious with high ceilings. Everything was immaculate! 2 mins walk to train/bus station, 5 mins to the beach and shops & restaurants right on your doorstep. We will definitely come back!

Nice staff, good breakfast, good location, but tiny, uncomfortable double room even for one person. Bedding fine, but no room between bed and walls. Small but functional bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay at La Villa Tosca. Very convenient location - city center: walking distance to train terminal, to the beach, stores, restaurants. The staff are friendly, safe area, and the room is cleaned daily. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Cannes. Merci! - Maria

Staff were so friendly! The beach is a 5 minute walk away. The station is a 3 minute walk away. So many cafes and shops around! This is an ideal place to stay to explore Cannes! We will definitely be back! Cannes-not wait!
