Nous arrivons comme convenu avec la société qui nous loue l'appartement à 00H30 mais les clés pour ouvrir l'appartement ne sont tout simplement pas là. Nous contactons l'entreprise. La personne qui me répond est pas aimable et n’arrête pas de se plaindre. Après une heure de discussion et d’attente, aucune solution est trouvée. Enfin nous décidons d'appeler Booking (en anglais car personne ne parle français) parce que c'est par leur site que nous avions réservé. Après une très lente procédure ils décident de nous reloger. Il est désormais 3H30 du matin. Cependant, Booking nous propose des hôtels et non des appartements. En plus ce qu’on nous propose se situe à 5km de l’habitation que nous avions louée. Nous n'acceptons pas et allons par nous-même rechercher un endroit pour dormir les quelques heures qu'ils nous restent. Bien entendu à 4H00 du matin pas grand-chose est ouvert. Enfin nous trouvons un hôtel qui dispose d'une cuisine pour 1200€ (au lieu des 400€ de YourHostHelper). La semaine suivante je demande un remboursement à Booking, rien y faire, ils me remboursent uniquement la moitié de la différence. J'appelle donc YourHostHelper et ils ne veulent rien savoir. Normalement quand on commet une erreur on surclasse le client lésé. Ici, ils ne connaissent pas se principe. Voilà j'ai perdu de l'argent et ils ne prennent même pas leur responsabilité. Je vais désormais contacter ma protection juridique afin de savoir si je peux les poursuivre.
