Premier Inn Cannock South

Great stay, as usual. We stay at this premier inn whenever we visit family. The rooms are always clean, staff always polite and helpful. Love the charging station, big plus if you are an ev driver. We definitely recommend this hotel. My advice is to pre plan and book in advance for best rates.

Arrived at 14:17 to see if the room was ready as we had travelled over 200 miles and the journey was not as bad as had been expected given it was the Easter weekend. We went to reception to be told that if our room was ready, we would need to pay an extra £10 to check in. Whilst I was aware of the early check in from 11:00 for a £10 fee, I was not expecting to be offered my room for an extra 40 minutes for £10. The staff member was actually quite rude and will be one of my lasting memories of this Hotel. Also, the guttering outside our room was overflowing which was causing the excess water to fall on the windowsill which was quite loud. Fortunately it stopped overnight but had it not, I know this would have kept me awake. And why no toilet roll ? What is that all about ? Instead there was a paper dispenser like you get in fast food takeaways with small tissues on offer.

Excellent night's sleep. Arrived late in the evening and Beverley on reception was so welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking onsite. Recommended for an overnight stay whilst travelling. Beefeater next door for breakfast which we didn't use as we were leaving early.

I stayed for one night at Premier Inn Cannock South, as I was visiting to see a theatre show. The hotel provided everything I needed, a room, tea & coffee facilities, a TV and spacious bathroom. What I didn't expect was how comfortable the large bed was. I always struggle to fall asleep but, on my stay at this hotel, I was asleep within 10 minutes of climbing into bed. I will happily stay here again.

We stay at Premier Inn about 6 times/year and this was the worst experience we have had, both the hotel and restaurant. The staff, however, were very helpful and friendly. The room number 19 was very small and pokey and close to the access door and staff facility on the first floor. The room is overdue refurbishment and was noisy. We have never been allocated such a small room. The beefeater next door was disappointing compared to the usual Premier inn restaurant and menu. Would we stay here again, no we would look elsewhere.

What a lovely place to stay! The staff were very friendly especially Beverley on reception who was very kind letting us book in early as my elderly father wanted his afternoon nap. The rooms were scruptiously clean and equiped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay will certainly be back , and recommend to friends and family, Thankyou Premier Inn it was lovely.

Usual excellent nights sleep and good service from the staff that we have come to expect from premier inns .Also the adjacent Beefeater where we had breakfast was equally impressive . Good close car parking and easy access to major road networks nearby.

Last minute booking after a nightmare day’s travel. Beverly on reception was just the tonic I needed tonight; warm and friendly and so helpful and kind. The room was immaculately clean, well equipped and oh so comfortable. I would certainly stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Clean, tidy, friendly and free parking. Lady on reception, Beverly, was a breath of fresh air. She immediately helped me with one issue I had and immediately rectified it. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Also rooms were warm and safe
