酒店位置真好！給我們的房間可以看到海，設施也不錯，洗澡水很熱，房間大小合適，就是十一期間加上週五，價格真的貴啊！
服務很好，我們到的比較早，幫我們早安排入住了，週五還有免費啤酒時間，去嚐了一下，各種怪味兒啤酒🍻，一言難盡。同時前台還有免費的餅乾🍪，美國的餅乾太甜了！

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this place. Even though it is being remodeled everything seemed like it was up and fully operational. The staff was courteous and professional.

Great spot just a few minutes walk from "downtown" Cannon Beach. They are just completing a major renovation to all the room and it turned out fantastic. The fresh backed cookies available in the lobby everyday are at treat to behold. The complimentary beer tasting on the roof top deck is also very nice. Want to make a special call out to Christopher, James and Jeri, for their extra help in getting our bags to our room as the luggage carts weren't available at check in time. Cant wait to stay again.

I'm staying at a different hotel, but Lily and Matthew helped me even though I was not a guest!! With such wonderful customer service for someone who wasn't a guest, I'm sure as a guest you'll receive the best! I would recommend this hotel based on customer service alone.

I wrote a previous review but did not mention Zach and Sam at the front desk who really helped make my stay as wonderful as possible! Specifically they understood about the construction (to remodel the rooms) noise at times and made all good. My own newly remodeled room was amazing —including a rain shower and an electric fireplace—so cozy with the rain! Five star! I want to thank the resort for making my red golden doggie Duke feel like a king also. I appreciate the response I got from the manager to my previous review (which I had to delete to make this new one). Carrie M.

I went to the Surfsand with three of my girlfriends for our annual trip together. We intially booked two Oceanfront Studio Two Double Beds rooms for April. Because the renovation took longer than expected (doesn't it always?), the rooms were not available in April, so we rebooked for May at the same price. One week before we were scheduled to arrive in May, management contacted me to let me know that the rooms were not available. I was initially really upset, until they upgraded us to four separate ocean view rooms -- two Beachfront Suites and two Beachfront Patio Kings -- at the same April price! Not only did we get beautiful newly renovated rooms, but the rooms were WAY better than the rooms we had originally booked. All the rooms had sweeping views of Haystack Rock and Terrible Tilly. Not only that, we booked the private beach bonfire with s'mores for our second night there and they didn't charge us! We ate dinner at the Wayfarer Restaurant both nights and breakfast on our last morning. The food was incredible, as was the service. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the hotel. Everyone seemed genuinely friendly and happy to be working at the Surfsand. The rooms were gorgeous and serene, and the view was spectacular. I wish we could have stayed there longer. Special thanks to Dylan (our bonfire/s'mores specialist), Phillip (general manager), and Zack (front desk).

I loved my stay here at Surfsand! The staff was responsive to my comments about the construction and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and relaxing! They also treated my red golden doggie like a king! I can’t wait to go back and enjoy the golden sand beach right in front! The location is amazing! The hotel and town are five star!
