The staff here are very nice. The rooms are mediocre at best. The shower in our room #123 was disgusting. Black mold and just simply nasty stuff all around the shower door and grout. Very limited breakfast items. I tried to get a printed copy of my room charges but after waiting 15 minutes at the front desk there was no one there. The room could have used a few more towels.

No hot water in shower only. Didn't get a shower until they moved us in the morning. Wasn't offered compensation of any kind. Property is pretty run down and needs to be maintained better by Hampton.

Bugs, dirty bathroom, thin scratchy sheets, curtains didn’t close all the way, light fixture next to bed didn’t work even with three different light bulbs. Television didn’t work and staff stated they didn’t know how to fix it and that was that. I made my reservation two months in advance and still ended up with the wrong room type. I agreed to make it work when I spoke to the hotel on the phone, as I knew the hotel and all others were booked due to the wrestling tournament. As Hilton Honors member I am disappointed at the conditions in this property and the lack of care and courtesy from staff.

In reading reviews for this hotel before booking, and recognizing the Hampton name, we booked this hotel - I am not sure where all of these 4 and 5 star reviews came from, but they were NOT from this property. This hotel was extremely dirty - floors had not been vacuumed in ages, and in general, the rooms were dirty. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Fine but would prefer more than one wash cloth and one hand towel. Partial roll of toilet paper was inadequate. Very comfortable bed and bedding!

The internet was none existient. They had no idea at the front desk what to do. TV was awful, there was no guide, So sad as this was a Marriot??? Would not stay there again, all tho the younger blond at the desk was so sweet, as was the other one we didn't really interface with .
Just b/c you go with a higher known chain, we are finding means nothing :((( Not worth the price, Motel 6 really would have been better :(

We chose The Hampton Inn based on the fact that it is affiliated with Hilton. We were pleased that because we are Hilton Honors members, we could check in and choose our room on the App; this included the virtual room key on cell phone. Unfortunately, the virtual key did not work, so needed to go to the front desk. The room was "somewhat" clean- main carpet area was clean, but on reaching behind bedside table to access wall plug, found it to be very dirty. There was a multiplug device under the lamp, but anything plugged into it kept "falling out". There were 4 very small/standard pillows on our King Bed. In the bathroom there were 2 standard bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. The toilet seat hinge was broken, so this was quite uncomfortable. There was no information in the room regarding services of the hotel, such as times for breakfast service. We did call about pillows and were brought 2 more. The bed was very uncomfortable. If one person in the bed moved, the entire mattress moved- a lot. Needless to say, one of us didn't get much sleep. Cannot recommend this hotel.
