We chose The Hampton Inn based on the fact that it is affiliated with Hilton. We were pleased that because we are Hilton Honors members, we could check in and choose our room on the App; this included the virtual room key on cell phone. Unfortunately, the virtual key did not work, so needed to go to the front desk. The room was "somewhat" clean- main carpet area was clean, but on reaching behind bedside table to access wall plug, found it to be very dirty. There was a multiplug device under the lamp, but anything plugged into it kept "falling out". There were 4 very small/standard pillows on our King Bed. In the bathroom there were 2 standard bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. The toilet seat hinge was broken, so this was quite uncomfortable. There was no information in the room regarding services of the hotel, such as times for breakfast service. We did call about pillows and were brought 2 more. The bed was very uncomfortable. If one person in the bed moved, the entire mattress moved- a lot. Needless to say, one of us didn't get much sleep. Cannot recommend this hotel.
