We had a great experience here. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find such a well-kept place. If we ever return to Canterbury, this will definitely be our first choice. Don’t hesitate to book!

The A/C room was perfect in the very hot wrather.Good location,very confy bed, Only negativ was the tv with very slow changing of channels.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room is quite spacious. For this price, it's considered good value for money in the UK. The only downside is that there's no fridge in the room, but with a supermarket right across the street, the need for one isn't high. It's also close to the cathedral.

Excellent Premier Inn. Room was clean and comfortable. I'm fussy about cleanliness but couldn't fault it. I have complained at other Premier Inn's about the cleanliness of bedding for instance, but had no complaints here - the housekeeping staff do a great job if my room is typical. I requested a quiet room so was given a fourth/top floor (cathedral view) one at the end of the corridor - it was quiet so I was happy, but quite a walk from the lift so might not be ideal for those with reduced mobility. Fan/air circulation was a little noisy at night and could hear some traffic noise but it was ok and wouldn't bother most people. Couldn't use the checking in machines and at around 5.30pm it wasn't easy to find someone to check in with (pressing the bell didn't work), and I think housekeeping nearly walked in on me at about 11.30am on day of checkout (I checked out just before 12pm) but I'm in the habit of putting a chair in front of the door so it was quickly closed again once the error was discovered! Everything else was good and I would definitely stay again, it was a very comfortable stay. If you enjoy watching tv in bed, you might like to ask if they have a room with a tv in front of the bed, as my tv was just along the wall from the bed, so you'd have to turn your neck slightly to watch it but I didn't watch any and wouldn't have minded myself if I had.

A standard Premier Inn... room was clean and modern, the rest of the hotel a little tired but for the price and what I expected it was totally fine. An easy stroll into Canterbury, but you do need to walk through an underpass which some people may find problematic esp. late at night, but I am sure it's safe. WiFi is throttled to encourage you to upgrade... not a fan of this.

Excellent location. The room was great and comfortable given the price. Air conditioning was loud at times though.
