It's a decent value hotel, clean rooms. Heating works. Indoor heated (but not warm) pool which is nice to relax. Facilities aren't all in perfect working condition but this is totally worth it as it's only minor issues here and there. Within walking distance (15-20 min) of anything central for a much more reasonable price than some other central hotels. Breakfast is super. Plenty of choice in the buffet.

Had a few days getaway to Canterbury nice and near the town centre. The hotel was well presented clean and tidy the breakfast was very nice did miss not having a proper shower as it's a bath set up would stay again .

Overall a good hotel. Efficient and friendly staff, easy walk to town, pleasant room ( on the ground floor as requested) Limited parking but we found a space. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel appx 10/15 minute walk to city centre. We were situated in a room in an added building to rear of hotel which was quiet as the main hotel is situated on a busy road. The room was clean but probably in need of a refurb. Buffet breakfast was very good and cannot fault friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

Good little hotel about 10/15 mins walk to the centre of Canterbury. Rooms a little tired but comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Didn’t use the pool or bar so can’t comment on those. Found room really cold but managed to get the radiator to work - but could still do with a bleed. Tv a little small for size of the room. Really not trying to moan as was all good and what we needed for a night away to wander the city.
