Booked by phone. Then they overcharged us $26.00 more plus tax. The website shows the price, but they still charge more. The manager stated the rates constantly change. The hotel is old. There was no breakfast. You can't find any staff at the front desk. These people are scammers. Avoid this hotel. Choice Hotels also have no customer service. I will never stay in another Choice Hotel again.

This place is just run down. Just because you’re in the sticks does not mean you don’t look after your business. We had a room scheduled. Got checked in, go to the room and the room was wide open and not finished being cleaned. Got a new room and the walls are dirty. The bathroom was missing wall pieces and dirt in doors and walls. The water in the sink smelled when ran the water. On top of that there two cockroaches. One on the end table between the beds and one in the bathroom. Lost power three times in one night with no weather to make the power go out. Ice machine didn’t work also. Literally the worst place I have been. Do NOT stay here. From the reputation of hotels in the area stay out of town.

We were in Canton for a family funeral. Totally disappointed in Quality Inn. Found nothing quality about it. We checked in found only a half of roll of toilet paper, no coffee cups, only 1 plastic cup for water. Had to kill 2 large spiders in the room.
