Very nice property. There was a lot to do and everyone was very friendly. The unit we stayed in was well maintained. Parking was a snap and plentiful. Already planning our trip!

We had 2 units in building 8, 2 bedroom split level. When you entered the unit the living/dining/kitchen/balcony was half a flight of stairs down. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were half a flight up. One bedroom had a 3/4 bath with a standard shower stall. The other bathroom had a large shower stall. In the 2nd unit, one bathroom had a large whirlpool tub, with no shower attachment. The 2nd bathroom had just the small shower stall, a pain for 4 people to share. The kitchen was adequately stocked. All of the appliances worked well. There were beautiful trees for the balcony view, but you could also get a small glimpse of the lake. Saw deer walking around several mornings. Miniature golf was well shaded. Other game areas were not. Great ice cream at the lodge. More games to play inside. Several nice pools, heated in May. We'd go back again.

This resort was so far above a 5 star rating! The room was clean, well stocked, and quite comfortable. The amenities were great. I would like to give a huge “pat on the back” to Quinn at the front desk. She was extremely personable, cheerful, and helpful. All customer service oriented personnel could take a page out of her playbook.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary here. The resort property was clean and freshly renovated when we visited, and the staff was helpful.

It was our second stay here. We love the location and comfort this hotel provides for a family but their check in process or the Vacation Desk specifically they send you to in order to pickup room key is terrible. Just give people and families an option to get to their room as soon as possible, especially late at night instead of taking 30 minutes. They used a well polished “yes,yes” technique to sign me up for one of their “presentations”. Without context I was offered 4PM late checkout, which I accepted. Then I was told that not too many people get this but I also qualify for up to 7 days free vacation in their hotel group Worldwide and asked me if I am interested. I said Yes. Little do I know after adding up a $120 cash credit to all listed, I got signed up for a “presentation about the property” that is 90 minutes and I have to take during my personal time on my 2 day getaway? I left and cancelled the next day. At that time they took away even the late check out time they initially offered me to accept WITHOUT CONTEXT. I was told that “customer service is their pride”. Not how I felt. This is a timeshare property and they use tactics to get you signed up and waste your time for a few bucks best case or worst case getting you into buying memership. Not pleasant. Bad experience with Vacations Desk!
