I booked 10 rooms for 19 peoples up to 12 years old and 2 kids under 10 years….but one kid has to pay for staying in the same bedroom with his parents…overall its okay

Sensational hotel in the very center of Cao Bang, WONDERFUL staff… an excellent buffet breakfast and a large indoor pool on the top floor, spacious and very bright room… without a doubt a great choice

The hotel is clean, central, the reception staff (Hong, Yen) are very welcoming and the restaurant staff helps our group very well. The group moved from Ha Giang, there were 2 girls who were tired from motion sickness and couldn't eat. They happily provided 2 bowls of porridge for free.

Highly recommended for a truly 5 stars experience from superb service, clean and big rooms, yummy food and amazing views! I had a corner room with windows on 2 sides of the room and it's truly amazing to wake up to a panaromic view of the mountain ranges!! And the bathtub has a great view too! The restaurant is spacious, superb service too where the server there brought food for me, despite being a buffet, and the selection is good and taste yummy too!! What made this hotel stand out for me is the warm, fun and friendly service of Du, Thoa and Khanh leaving a lasting impression for me! ❤️🥂

Beautiful hotel obviously recently built. The staff is welcoming and friendly but few of them speak English which can be a problem in making themselves understood by international customers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is superb but unusable due to the strong heat that reigns there when you arrive at the end of the afternoon after a particularly sunny day. The same goes for the bar where it is very hot. Only coffees or sodas are offered. It would be nice to offer a cocktail menu with or without alcohol. I give a rating of 4 for the setting of the hotel and the kindness of the staff who display a desire to do well. There is no doubt that taking into account these few points for improvement will make this hotel an address to remember.
