A perfect spot to recharge after sightseeing around North Vietnam. We had the beautiful pool to ourselves each time we went, what a treat.

I booked 10 rooms for 19 peoples up to 12 years old and 2 kids under 10 years….but one kid has to pay for staying in the same bedroom with his parents…overall its okay

I really like the hotel. Convenient location, good service. Overall very satisfied.

It's a bit far from the centre. But thanks to that, all the rooms have spectacular views. The pool is small and closed. It's nice to take a dip after a day in the rice fields. The worst thing is that they charged us half of what the room cost for early check-in. When in most places they let you have the room earlier out of courtesy (if it's free, of course). The breakfast was great!

Muong Thanh Hotel is wonderful from the staff to the breakfast counter and room interior. There is also a Highlands cafe in the hotel lobby. I have booked 3 more nights at this hotel.

Sensational hotel in the very center of Cao Bang, WONDERFUL staff… an excellent buffet breakfast and a large indoor pool on the top floor, spacious and very bright room… without a doubt a great choice

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, central location, delicious food.

Lovely clean room and big bathroom. The shower has fantastic water pressure. Centrally located which is useful if you are going to explore the waterfalls. Breakfast is quite standard. Perfectly fine but nothing special. One thing that could have been improved is that we arrived from a night bus at about 5am and check in was not until 2pm. We agreed in advance to drop our bags off in the morning. When we arrived, the concierge was very surprised by our arrival. The hotel has over 200 rooms and was almost empty so we were a little dissapointed they didn't offer us to check in early. We would stay here again if we came back to Cao Bang.

We had a great experience at the Muong Thanh Hotel first and foremost thanks to the incredible staff. Especially Hoai who checked us in and made us feel very comfortable throughout our entire stay. Not only did Hoai go above and beyond to help us with several requests and local recommendations, but also was extremely professional with a polite and service-oriented attitude like no other hotel staff we met during our entire Vietnam trip. Will definitely book again and/or recommend to other friends who are in the area one day!

very good breakfast food and room, i like the place a lot. The room was clean the bathroom was big and spacious. I felt like at home while I was at the hotel. The breakfast food was delicious and had plenty of options for me to eat. I would recommend this place to my friend

Pleasant experience. Staffs have been extremely friendly and helpful. I spent 2 nights here in such a clean and spacious room. Very first up to standard hotel in Caobang, right in the heart of the city, on the weekend you can have the walking street right in front.

Great hotel best in town good service from Hoài. Lovely skybar. Great breakfast comfortable bed great rooms, lovely roof top large pool and gym. Best views in the city. A little peace of calm in the city. Good central location, friendly staff throughout.
