Albergo molto bello tutto perfetto l’unica cosa stanza un po’ troppo calda di notte io dormo con spenti i caloriferi c’è il termostato ma si possono abbassare fino a 21 gradi di meno no. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Pessima esperienza in una domenica di fine gennaio, la maleducazione e la nulla professionalità da parte della barista più datata lasciava basito qualsiasi cliente che entrava. Dopo 40 min di attesa nonostante le sole 20 persone da servire, e nonostante avessimo chiesto più volte GENTILMENTE se potevamo avere i listini non si è presentato mai nessuno. Abbandonando il locale abbiamo pure sentito la barista insultare pubblicamente la collega davanti a tutti per aver rotto un bicchiere. Mi chiedo se il titolare sia d accordo con un servizio penoso come questo! Auguri per la stagione che deve ancora iniziare....🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

Bella location ma da rivedere il personale del servizio bar della domenica!! Molto scortese, dalle battute pungenti e non all’altezza del locale: è inimmaginabile aspettare 40 minuti un’ordinazione di un semplice aperitivo, dopo aver richiamato l’attenzione per ben tre volte e sentirsi dire ripetutamente di attendere (nel locale c’erano soltanto una ventina di persone!). Consiglio caldamente alla ragazza addetta al banco di cambiare atteggiamento nei confronti dei propri clienti, senza invitarli a rivolgersi ad altri ristoranti se nel loro bar non trovano un toast/piadina da mangiare perché sono finiti. Lo trovo anti professionale, non all’altezza della struttura in cui lavora!

Nel tentativo di prendere un aperitivo, si presenta sulla porta d'entrata la barista seccata, ordinandoci di pulire le scarpe per non portare sabbia all'interno del locale perché le sarebbe toccato pulire. Premetto che avevamo fatto una passeggiata in centro, non avevamo le zolle di terra, né sabbia addosso, tantomeno paletta e secchiello considerando che é il 31 dicembre ed eravamo 4 adulti. Non soddisfatta, ci ha anche ordinato dove accomodarci presentandoci dei menù imbarazzanti da quanto unti e appiccicaticci ... siamo usciti dal locale subito! Neanche in caserma potrebbe lavorare la signora perché lí vigono educazione e rispetto e lei ne é totalmente sprovvista. Una vergogna.
