Great hotel, rooms are big and well equipped. This particular homewoods is 1 mi from port Canaveral which makes it very convenient if you are taking a cruise. Pet friendly and great service. Within the price a simple breakfast (eggs,waffles, sausage and cereal) is included. Cost benefit is well worth it.

We stayed one night before our cruise. It was a very nice place and we were lucky enough to see the Vulcan launch from there. Very nice staff. We will return in the future.

What makes this Homewood Suites a 5 rating is the staff. They are exceptional at what they do. Day after day they deal with cruise ship passenger’s demands and 100’s of guests coming and going. The hotel and grounds are well kept and the rooms have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The outside pool and bar area are a 10. Another positive is the convenient location. 10 minutes to the cruise port, and 10 minutes to Jetty Park so you can watch rocket launches. Great job Homewood Suites from a very appreciative guest.

Tres pres des terminales de croisières, l’hotel est bien mais presence de tapis qui sont malodorants. Les restaurants proches sont surtout du fast food. Correct pour une nuit pré-croisières sans plus et les transports vers les terminaux ne sont pas gratuits contrairement a ce qui est indiqué dans le site!

I put off this review on my previous stay but after being treated in the same disrespectful manner again by your Breakfast employee Dee I can no longer stay silent. She is not knowledgeable in what she is serving guests. She ignores people and myself and it’s very unprofessional to constantly have your pockets ringing only to neglect mine and other travels requests to either answer her phone through a ear piece or leave the hall to talk not only on the phone but to other workers that congregate in her area to talk, laugh and goof off when another older coworker is pleasant and very attentive to everyone’s needs. Then disrespects and keeps walking like she doesn’t hear him a man from the kitchen I would imagine, ask Dee how’s the eggs looking rolls her eyes and walks off by some tables to stand there and view her phone. I had a front row seat to watch her carry out a small container Putting her fingers in it to taste fruit out of it before placing it down in ice. Just Gross how you continue to employ someone that has no experience in guest service, item knowledge and sanitation. I also attended your Wednesday evening event and was also appalled to see how she and this other man spoke and handled food, wine or beer and that was all I needed to write this. I would definitely rethink having either attend to anything.
