Cozy Cottage - quaint and comfy - 5 blocks to the beach, 1 block to Mason Ave.

Great house close to beach and main street. Well done bathroom remodel. Host communicated well and even offered to let us arrive a night early when the home became unexpectedly available.

Amenities were great. Kitchen had plenty of everything to cook with. The grill was nw and worked great. Air conditioning kept the whole house cool. Very convenient to downtown. I highly recommend a golf cart rental to get to and from the beach. The out door shower was nice to have. Our only disappointment was the Wi-fi. It would not keep up with any streaming services we tried on the TV, Netflix, Apple, paramount, etc. This was a minor concern however. Overall, I would certainly rent this property again.

Quaint and everything you need, lovely hosts We enjoyed our stay at this house in Cape Charles. The location was fantastic. The house has everything you need, but the steps to the second floor are extremely steep. We loved the outdoor shower, front porch swing, and updated kitchen. The mattresses in the bunk rooms were not comfortable for the adults, but were fine for the kids. As with most of the homes in cape Charles, this is an historic property with its own set of quirks, but it adds to the charm. We had one issue with the lock on the back door, but the hosts were very responsive and had the problem fixed very quickly. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home with us!

Loved this house. Charming house with large kitchen/gathering area. Owners have stocked it with everything you could possibly need. Short walk to shops. Looking forward to my next visit.

Cozy Cottage is just that! The house was perfect for three friends having a girls trip away. House was modern and vintage in all the best ways. Everything was super functional and cozy at the same time. The only negative I can think of are the steps are very steep and would be worrisome for toddlers. We had no problems with them as they provided much needed exercise 😊. The house had everything one could ever need. Great amount of time and thought has gone into providing every little thing one could need in a rental. Having a golf cart that we did not have to pick up and return was wonderful! Bikes and beach chairs and everything in the back shed were in perfect condition! This was a keeper and worth a return visit!!
