Nauti Mermaid Restaurant Cubano sandwich? Hardly any meat Shrimp sandwich? Hardly any shrimp. Should be called cole slaw and salad sandwiches. Oh, wine? Small plastic glasses. About 1/2 usual pour at full price. Not usual Westin standards.

The kitchen was POORLY equipped. For nearly $1,000 nightly rate, I would expect the utensils, pans, etc to be better than a college dormitory. One example being that our unit had only 4 forks, none of which matched. The amount of pots, pans, platters was insufficient and there was no detergent supplied for the dishwasher.

Amazing resort for families and everyone. Breathtaking views from the room. Great swimming pool, recreation center, biking and great restaurants. Awesome staff and very friendly people from Westin to make your vacation memorable. Huge positive shout out for Ms Noelle from front desk at Westin for very warm welcome and being so caring and courteous. It’s because of staff like her Westin and Mariott BONVOY is always our family favorite

Westin Cape Coral is a fine spot for a vacation: attentive staff, lovely room (they upgraded us to a suite), good dining on site, and an adjoining mini-mall that added several options. Pinches, a fish restaurant in the mall, was particularly enjoyable. At the marina (adjoining the mall) we found a great semi-outdoor restaurant, High Tide, with evening entertainment on weekends. This year the Gulf water was very cold, but the hotel pool and boating on the river were fine. And some warnings: Cape Coral is very crowded in season. Restaurant reservations are indicated, every day. Some restaurants simply can’t be reached – their parking space fills up and tight restrictions on street parking add to the difficulty. (Of course, if I were young I would have taken Uber.)

Spent 1 night before St Patrick’s day and was upgraded to the 2 bedroom Mariner suite. The room was majestic and had so much space for just 2 people. There was 2 floors and a pool table, not to mention a balcony on each floor overlooking the marina. The front desk was very welcoming. The only complaint is the on-property restaurant service. For dinner, my glass of wine had a plastic cap floating in the drink and even though the waiter replaced my drink after being notified, he still tried charging me for 2 drinks. At breakfast, I ordered cranberry juice but received orange juice. If you don’t eat at the restaurant, it is an incredible experience.

The room was nice - it had a full kitchen but utensils were 2 of each. Only one dirty coffee cup. The maids rang the bell 5 times before I could make it to the door every time. The Marker 92 restaurant is horrible. Imagine being in the fresh shrimp state and they serve you shrimp from a bag that had no flavor.

We just got here. Hotel is beautiful. More importantly, they get customer service. Wanted to plug in my HDMI but the HDMI input was hidden. Customer Service said access would require taking the TV off the wall. Without hesitation they called a maintenance person to our room. 5 minutes later, Rick was there. Very polite, very friendly. Pulled the heavy TV off the wall and hdmi was plugged in. Sometimes it’s the little things that are important. The Westin gets it.

Had a great family stay with two older teens. I travel often for work as well and this is a nice Westin to stay for business or vacation. We had a two bed suite which has great views and a good size screened in balcony. Very clean room and service is great. The hotel had complimentary dolphin sight seeing for Bonvoy members leaving right from their own dock! Had a great time and highly recommend
