Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore

The facility itself truly lives up to its 5-star standard, beautiful, well-maintained, and luxurious lives up to the standard of the Radisson hotel brand which is my go to hotel when traveling the service unfortunately did not match. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a lack of basic hospitality from most of the staff. Simple gestures like greeting guests or offering assistance seemed to be overlooked, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. That said, I would like to acknowledge the one staff member who checked me in, he was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. His service was the only moment that reflected the level of excellence one would expect here. Overall, the hotel has incredible potential, but the guest experience is significantly let down by inconsistent and, at times, indifferent service. I hope management addresses this, as the property itself deserves better representation.

Location is good. There is shuttle to Waterfront. Workers are so polite,helpfull Pretty clean hotel Breakfast is nice There is conselor near the reception I recomend that ask conselor for sunset crues İt was so good activity Music .. sunset

Breakfast is excellent,room was cleaned daily,very convenient complimentary transfer to the waterfront and back.Nice view from the room,I enjoyed staying in this hotel!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Using Uber which is relatively inexpensive and convenient, additionally, the Hotel provides hourly shuttle service to V & A.
