We loved our stay. The staff was friendly and Patrick is a gem! He is very helpful and checks up on people. We used the valet parking services and it was great with secure parking for our car. The room was nice and big and clean. The coffee station and amenities were well stocked. The breakfast was delicious!! The hotel is situated in an area with lots to see and do! We will definitely stay there again when we come to Cape Town! Thank you to everyone for making our stay wonderful.

This was a truly delightful and satisfying stay. The hotel's location is superb, right on the V&A Waterfront – it's quiet, safe, clean, and convenient. All the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with any issues. There are so many restaurant options nearby, it's a foodie's paradise, and the quality is consistently high. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, from the dishes to the beverages, especially the coffee, everything was top-notch. Definitely worth staying again, highly recommended!

Overall, it's a decent hotel. My room didn't have an iron or a closet. There's no microwave available for use. It's perfectly fine for a 1-2 day stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer. Housekeeping was daily, which was great 👍🏻. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety.
