A very foggy cold night after a busy day it was nice to be welcomed by a friendly and informative receptionist. One nights stay room with small balcony overlooking the golf course and an incredible heater. Water pressure in shower is low but water hot
The rooms feel they would benefit from being updated a few ******* . *TV remote didn't turn TV off had to get up and pop hand behind set and turn off at socket. **The hair on the bath definitely not mine! **No obvious hairdryer. ***Room Service called twice extn not answered went via reception transferred to the bar salmon cream cheese on brown ordered arrived quickly unfortunately on white bread. Pink G&T delicious. Breakfast. Warm welcome and explanation offered from team. Great variety and the hot food was hot. **** The team brief at the bar perhaps could have been carried out elsewhere. Checkout painless.

Pros: quick check in, comfy bed, spacious room, friendly reception staff.
Cons: room was a little tired and in need of a deep clean and a lick of paint. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming in terms of options. Room had a little patio however not a very inviting view!

Booked this hotel with a super escape voucher. We booked D B&B for 2 nights Easy welcoming check in Room was amazing given a premier room overlooking the golf course, we are not golfers but the grounds and course gave a lovely outlook Buffet Breakfast standard to what you expect from larger hotels with a few extras available to order Two evening meals lots of choice and very well presented nothing we could fault at all I received a courtesy call 2 days prior to arrival saying the pool was closed but could use the therma pool,sauna etc,a little disappointed as when went to use that was also closed All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful in particular the bar/ waiting staff on Friday 21st& Saturday 22nd June We will be back hopefully

Disappointing pedicure. Very basic treatment and definitely not worth £50. The polish on my nails wasn't put on precisely and do I feel I could have done this at home myself. Pedicure treatment room was also quite dated. Lady was lovely but the overall experience was again not worth the cost.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay ☺️ everyone was so friendly and helpful,I would love to thank the beautiful waitress,Manager and Mark the lifeguard for making sure my friend and I were able to take the photos we needed for our last night at the location. Everything was so aesthetically pleasing We will definitely come again soon

Mostly good. Long wait to check in, room tired feeling and not cleaned properly. Otherwise good value. There was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms, which spoilt our anniversary trip. Can't blame the hotel for the noise - just the thin walls. Breakfast was a typical hotel meal, on the greasy side and a single coffee machine had a long queue, when it was working - quickly maintained, however a single machine was insufficient for demand.
