Spent one night an anniversary dinner later at Shadowbrook Restaurant. Greeted at front desk by friendly and very courteous personnel. Our room was large with a sitting area, room 228. Room was very clean and only misfire is the toilet seat is very low and should be upgraded. Parking in back is large and close to all rooms. Great location, close to central Capitola and easy access from Hwy 1 and very close to Shadowbrook.

Average hotel no one was above average I ask Rick the mgr on duty for help on connecting to internet he gave me as an code on a sheet of paper that was it no help! Very disappointed with this location!

Easy check-in, clean room, staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable.
The only negatives were the toilet was very low to the ground and you could hear people talking very clearly in the hall. Other than those two issues the place was great.

Very ice hotel with helpful staff. Room, common areas and parking lot clean and well maintained; everything in the room worked. Bed and bedding comfortable. Room quiet eve though hotel located on a busy street. Complimentary breakfast adequate, nice dining area. Was on the 3rd (top) floor. There two nights.
