Voltamos da pousada com uma virose ! Jantamos a noite um parmegiana , que por sinal estava horrível !!! Ao acordarmos , já recebemos q não estávamos bem ! Muitos vômitos , tivemos q vir embora e fomos parar no hospital para tomar soro , acho q isso não Pode acontecer , em um hotel q recebe pessoas !!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos no hotel. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e amigáveis. O quarto é espaçoso e as camas confortáveis. A vista do quarto é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é excelente. Tudo o que pedimos de porção ou refeição estava muito saboroso e sempre em quantidade suficiente para 3 pessoas.

O hotel é sensacional, comida é sensacional, a limpeza é impecável, a estrutura é pensada estrategicamente para acordar de frente para o lago de Furnas. O atendimento é muito acolhedor, fazem de tudo pra agradar. As fotos estão desatualizadas, pois o hotel passou por modernização, é a melhor escolha para quem planeja ir a capitólio.

A diretoria não é flexível. Estávamos hospedado no hotel alugamos uma lancha na ponte rio turvo por ter mais opção que próprio hotel, mas ele não deixam a lancha pegar a família no próprio “píer” do hotel. Fizemos apenas uma parada pra pegar uma bebida no quarto o gerente desceu correndo pra tirar foto da embarcação pra denunciar. Se vc vier com jet tbm eles chamam a marinha pra fiscalizar seus próprios hóspedes. Eu não recomendo mais… já fiquei duas vezes agora é hora de buscar outras opções.

Local muito bonito. Nos ultimos andares, passaros barulhentos fazem ninhos e nos acordam as 0400. !! toda noite. Nesses andares a pressao dagua no chuveiro é muito baixa.
