Hotel booked and fully paid for on Trip but surprise: when you arrive you must pay mandatory additional costs, in addition to the tourist tax, for a total of €29/day corresponding to “services” (package including card to access the room, cleaning of it, towels for the swimming pool…) therefore an additional addition of 203€ to be paid upon arrival on the 1490€ for two, breakfast only, already paid.
You are not allowed to go into the swimming pool without a swimming cap. The breakfast is not great. No small convenience stores around. You have to go to Monopoli for this (it's best to rent a car for the week anyway so you can visit the area). As much as some members of the staff are very friendly, others barely respond to you.. (breakfast room)
Overall, we experienced much better for less money. Positive point of the hotel: the rooms are correct.
A big thank you to Trips.com for their follow-up during our stay and their professionalism because the costs to be paid in addition to the price already paid are not mentioned anywhere when you book on the internet regardless of the site.

Nous avons passés une agréable semaine dans cette hôtel, les chambres sont atypique en forme d’igloo. Très propre, personnel très agréable petit coucou à Cosimo notre serveur à table , la nourriture est très bonne et très variées. Pour le déjeuner la plupart des gâteaux et tartes sont faites maison , pour le souper en 10 jours nous n’avons pas eux 2 fois le même repas , donc très variés. Les piscines très propres et suffisamment de transat et parasols pour tout le monde . Seul petit bémol pas de plage de sable et descende par une échelle dans la mer ou on a pas pied donc pour les gens qui ne savent pas nager pas top.

Sembra di stare all'interno di un giardino botanico affacciato sul mare. Staff disponibile e gentilissimo. Raggiungibili a piedi o con comodo pulmino ci sono numerose calette con spiagge di sabbia finissima e mare turchese, da provare tutte!!!! Peccato il tempo sia volato!!

Organizzazione poco efficiente. Alla reception c'è sempre fila a qualsiasi ora a causa di procedure di pagamento etc troppo lente e macchinose. Il personale spesso scortese. La pulizia delle stanze viene fatta tardi e nelle stanze si trovano spesso insetti/ragni etc. Colazione non eccellente e pranzo/cena costosi rispetto alla scelta offerta. Unica nota positiva la piscina bella e il mare vicino.

Una struttura super organizzata, attenta al cliente e completa di ogni servizio. Due ristoranti (uno a buffet e uno con piatti più sofisticati) entrambi compresi nella mezza pensione. Se venite in puglia e alloggiate in questa struttura state attenti perché non vi farà più voglia uscire da lì x visitare i posti.

Superbe endroit pour cet hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter cette région des Pouilles ( Polignano, Alberobello, Matera, etc.) Les chambres sont un peu petites et manquent de rangement, la literie est correcte, la salle de bain très petite, le tout très propre. Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus souriant mais reste très professionnel. la salle de restaurant, est grande et la nourriture est correcte sans plus. A l'extérieur 2 belles piscines , l'hôtel donne sur la mer mais pas de plage, de beaux jardins bien entretenus, un grand parking gratuit. L'entrée de ce complexe est sécurisée et gardée par du personnel. Un bel ensemble assez impersonnel mais quand même agréable. Ne convient pas au romantisme mais très bien avec des amis.
