Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon mid-week dans cet hôtel bien situé, en front de mer. Nous y reviendrons sans problème. L’ensemble du personnel est fort agréable. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. À l’occasion d’un anniversaire, un message et une petite attention nous attendaient même dans la chambre. La chambre qui nous avait été attribuée était vraiment très belle (et tout confort); elle était située au dernier étage, avec balcon et vue sur mer. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bien garni, et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Pour conclure sur la partie hôtel (si cela peut faire évoluer les choses) : Habitués d’un autre hôtel **** sur la côte d’opale où ces prestations sont incluses, nous avons juste regretté (mais nous le savions dès la réservation) que des suppléments tarifaires sont appliqués pour le parking sécurisé et l’accès au spa en journée (l’accès direct au spa depuis l’hôtel n’est ouvert librement que durant les créneaux horaires 7h-10h & 20h-22h, c.à.d. durant les heures de repas). Concernant le restaurant L’OPALE (également en accès direct depuis l’hôtel) : c’est une très bonne table mais, comme nous séjournions 2 nuitées, nous avons déploré que le seul menu (renouvelé chaque mardi) ne comportait qu’une seule entrée et qu’un seul dessert; en revanche, au niveau du plat, nous avions heureusement quand même le choix entre un poisson et une viande. Donc, si vous séjournez plus d’une nuitée, il faut savoir que vous ne pourrez prendre qu’une seule fois le menu (sauf si cela ne vous ennuie pas de manger plusieurs fois la même chose). Cela étant dit, on peut aussi commander « à la carte » ou prendre ses repas à l’extérieur (il y a d’autres restaurants à proximité).
