"I had a wonderful stay at this capsule hotel. The capsules were spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were polite, helpful, and spoke enough English to make check-in easy. Shared facilities (showers, lockers, lounge) were clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient for trains, restaurants, and shops. Great value and a fun, uniquely Japanese experience ."

"Traveled solo in December. The pod was clean and the sleeping area quiet. Bathroom facilities are split into separate shower stalls and toilet areas. The bed reclines and is controlled via a small iPod device. I had a large 31” suitcase, which didn’t fit under the bed. There is luggage storage in the lobby, but you’ll need to separate your personal items beforehand. If you need a place to sit, there’s a seating area on the mezzanine floor. It was quite busy when I was there, but I still managed to find a seat. Location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from Matsukiyo and Donki, and about a 3-minute walk from the Nakasu subway. Check-in was smooth. Service isn’t a standout here, mainly because there isn’t much interaction to begin with."

"Location: Excellent, just one street away from Hakata Station, a stone's throw really. Within 50 meters, you'll find all three major convenience stores – you can imagine how convenient that is. Downstairs, there are local buses and bike rental, making it super easy to get around both near and far. Ambiance: It's only two floors. The first floor lobby is spacious and good for a short break, with a local specialties section, though I didn't compare prices with outside stores. The second-floor dining area is just okay. Service: Luggage storage is just a designated open space on the first floor, simply covered with a net, which feels a bit unsafe. Facilities: Standard capsule hotel setup, with a public bath which is nice. For a single person spending a weekend, the value for money is pretty good."

"Service 3: Those with a lot of luggage should consider this carefully! There's no luggage storage after check-out, which was very inconvenient for someone like me who had some time before heading to the airport. I had to rely on luck to find a locker at the station with a large suitcase, and they only accept 100-yuan coins. In the end, I couldn't store my luggage and had to drag my large suitcase around, wasting a lot of time. Also, due to the capsule design, even if you stay for an extended period, you still have to check out every day, and you have to leave by 11 am. Environment: Very good, I like the quiet and dimly lit atmosphere. It's conveniently located right in the station, and there are many shops nearby. Cleanliness: Very clean, and cleaning is timely. Facilities: The lockers and dorm rooms are separated by a distance, and you can't bring your luggage into the dorm room. Even at midnight, it's still peak time, so you have to unpack your luggage on the floor with many other people. You can't eat inside. The charging in the sleeping pod doesn't have a plug; you can only plug it in directly. It's inconvenient because it doesn't work when plugged in."

"Although the room was very small, it had everything you needed and was very clean. I felt that the hotel's design truly maximized the use of space. One minor issue was that you had to keep quiet in the room. You couldn't make phone calls because your bunkmate was the person next to you. Also, the room couldn't be locked, which I didn't quite understand."

"9h Ninehours Nakasu is placed at a good spot where it is not too far off the city centre. For the price that you’re paying, you get luggage storage and many more. There is washing machine for you to do your laundry so better plan ahead of time. All in all, it was a great stay for me in Fukuoka. Would recommend to others"

"The staff was really kind. They explained meticulously using a translator. The access to the female-only floor or card key is clearly secured, and each bed has a separate area, so it was well secured for personal space. The shower facilities are all separated and there are several toilets, so I used it comfortably while using it. They cleaned the amenities and the accommodation cleanly and neatly. It was close to the station and the location of the accommodation was good to find. If I have a chance to travel to Fukuoka next time, I will definitely visit again! There's a vending machine and a place to sit on the first floor, and I haven't tried the third floor, but they said there's a separate lounge and dining area. If you are a woman going to Fukuoka, I recommend it. I didn't take pictures inside the room, so I attached a picture taken from the vending machine on the first floor."
