Exelente hotel, sus instalaciones cómodas y limpias. La comida deliciosa. El personal muy atento y amable. Las excursiones que ofrecen son a lugares muy lindos y siempre con una persona del hotel a cargo Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

Excelente atención por parte del personal que atiende desde que llegas hasta el momento que te vas, muy buen menú de comidas y buen aseo de las instalaciones, queda muy cerca del aeropuerto, a 5 minutos a pie del puerto y a 1 minuto de las zonas de discotecas de Capurgana.

Fui con mi mejor amiga, las intalaciones son bonitas, hay una piscina super grande, es a 5 min del mar, hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, no hay tv en las habitaciones (no me parece grave) la comida es rica y los empleados son muy amables. A mejorar: Nos toco en el segundo piso y me tuvieron que reubicar en otra habitacion porque el aire acondicionado estaba malo, aparentemente se veia mejor la nueva habitacion, pero en la noche llueve casi siempre y habian muchas goteras por toda la habitacion y no podiamos dormir tranquilamente, a parte el agua no llega con tanta presión al segundo piso.

Qué hotel tan maravilloso, las meseras súper antentas, cordiales, la comida excelente mejor dicho fue un viaje increíble, lo único negativo fue que no tenía televisión las habitaciones de resto genial y una mención especial para Diego el bartender súper servicial y educado definitivamente recomiendo este hotel y regresaría nuevamente

Agree with Rosie A comments. Nice pool and ok-ish rooms BUT : Service level is very poor, location is very very noisy (disco nearby makes it difficult to sleep until 4 am). No TVs in room (don't trust pictures), no WIFI....
