Spacious room, the view from the room very nice, comfortable beds, in good cleanliness and good location, excellent service. However some details need to be corrected the air conditioning started leaking on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom did not have a hair dryer or a clothes iron.

Excellent location! Clean room, with executive refrigerator, clean bathroom, hot water!! Breakfast included, very complete and tasty! with many options to choose from for breakfast! 100% I recommend it! I would return without hesitation!

I read the comments on Tripadvisor and was encouraged to book, a serious mistake. First time that what is stated on this page does not match the reality of the hotel. The only saving grace is the attention of the parking staff. The room was dirty, the sheets had hair on them and were yellow, we asked for a change and they didn't, the television cable stopped working, the air conditioning broke at 12 am, although it was repaired. The bathroom was in perfect condition. I ran away at 8 am and they charged me an additional $15 since my reservation was for 1 more day. In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT OR GIVE IT A GIFT.

This is a very nice and secure hotel in a nice part of Caracas and is very close by to everything you need and the staff are very friendly and help with anything you need the bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious I would recommend if you are in Caracas

The hotel facilities are quite modern and comfortable. A boutique-style hotel with a pleasant a**osphere. However, the attention left a little to be desired. The first night the air conditioning in the room was damaged and they did not change us to another one until 1am (after multiple complaints) and then the morning of the day we left again the air did not cool beyond 23 degrees.

Very good service and friendliness, delicious food, small but modern and cute hotel, with polite, friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast is delicious, the room where I stayed clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean! I recommend it!
