Renaissance Caracas la Castellana Hotel

It's a good hotel but for a 5-star hotel it's not. Don't feel like you're in a 5-star hotel. The service isn't that good. To pay a high price compared to others, they don't even offer you free Wi-Fi at that rate. Overall the facilities are good but it is more than 3-4 stars.

The hotel is OK, but the toilet is a little old. Overall good, normal early.

The best thing about this property is its location. Very central on an avenue in Castellana very close to restaurants, bars, shops and companies. Comfortable rooms, somewhat small. Good bed. Insufficient shower and somewhat deteriorated furniture. I would have expected more for a Hotel of this category. The pool and gym area are very nice with views of Avila. The a**osphere of the hotel is a winner. It was a romantic weekend with my wife. I hope they can soon apply improvements to the hotel and modernize it.

Here we are enjoying this beautiful hotel, beautiful decoration, magnificent attention, security, hygiene, and an excellent location. We came to Caracas for a graduation, we chose this hotel and we are happy………………… to return, I will choose it again, we still have some happier nights left

Excellent service, very comfortable rooms, varied and very delicious food. I recommend it 100%, we came for our wedding after having made a selection and it was the best, good spaces for photographs, very good service. Thank you.

We have stayed at this hotel for work and the truth is that the breakfasts are very complete and varied, the staff's attention is very good and they are attentive at all times, but there is one person in particular, Mr. Lafayett who served us all every day in an exemplary way and without expecting anything in return, doing his job with his best smile and paying attention to the smallest detail, he made me his Lafayett infusion, which is a delight. We will return to this wonderful hotel where the service is excellent.

Excellent hotel. Whenever I come to Caracas it is my place of accommodation. The best location in Caracas in every sense. But the most valuable thing is its staff in general, very willing to help and cover all the client's needs. From my experience in several stays, I want to particularly highlight these people, who always go an “extra mile” for customer satisfaction: - Roberto Fontan, manager, always with excellent disposition and open communication to attend to any requirement. - Keiber Suarez, who is much more than a bellhop, is a true ally in customer service, with a great smile and attitude. - The restaurant's super team, everything, but especially for their attention with criteria of excellence: Breiner Dávila; Lafayette Pancrat and Yaruski. In addition to all the transportation and transfer equipment, always with a good attitude and disposition.

The attention at the reception was super friendly, helpful. Fantastic breakfast and super friendly service too. It is a quiet place, central in the eastern part of the country, spacious. Everything fantastic!
