Excellent service, everything very clean and tidy, good internet connection, I was able to work quietly and enjoy the stay with my husband. I can also say that the food was much better than I expected, always highly recommended.

Excelente hotel with fantastic location and great security . I love the interior design and the tranquility of the place in the middle of the city. The personal was attentive and very helpful. The bar is excellent to get together with friends before going out . I do recommend this hotel highly,

Fantastic hotel, the best in Venezuela. This hotel has the level of comfort, luxury and some services compared to other hotels in the LHW worldwide. The staff and the service surpass anything from any 5 stars hotel in the worl, specially in the LHW network.

Excellent service, perfect stay. The best in Venezuela. Top class especially the reception team. Could not have been any better. Made me feel right at home from day 1. Safety is beyond great which is important in Caracas. Highly recommend Cayena Hotel.
