Pestana Caracas Premium City & Conference Hotel

No había pan en el desayuno. Las habitaciones lucían viejas, la ducha no llegaba agua. Cada para que me den pan tuve que pedir que me lo traigan. Es muy costoso el hotel para que no haya algo tan básico como pan para el desayuno.

La recepción un desastre, nunca respondían al teléfono ya que estaban haciendo cualquier otra cosa que en su puesto de trabajo y además para que el Room service te atendiera necesitas ir directo a la cocina a tocarles la puerta. Caro y cero relación calidad precio!!

Overall good hotel. I had a 4 night stay. I would give it a rating of 3.5 / 5. Especially for 2 situations: on the first night I was assigned a room whose mattress did not meet the comfort standards at all, however, after the 2nd night I was changed to another room that did have a good mattress. In general, conditions in this room were good. The 2nd situation and the most critical, has to do with the hotel's collection policy. It is not sufficiently explained at check-in, making the guest have a hard time. In my case, in the checkin I paid the amount of the 1st night of stay, with the purpose of paying the remaining nights and successive consumption during the checkout. However, this caused the hotel to block my room access keys daily, as well as a late cleaning of the room (after 3 pm). I had to make the full payment of the reservation to avoid the situation. Therefore, the hotel must be transparent with the guest and inform the collection policy, to avoid actions that make the guest feel uncomfortable. For example, inform that 100% of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

Hotel in very good condition at the infrastructure level, very friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Restaurant service not recommended, Although the food is not bad, the service takes time. The rooms are clean, but they don't put soap or water, at least where I was I didn't have it.

Terrible service they discriminate against people of different gender and they are denied service, do not go here LGTB they only limit themselves to ordering their staff not to serve people who are in these conditions

I was surprised to the bad that the Pestana being a 4-star hotel, my stay was so unpleasant. To begin with, the bathroom door did not close properly, the shower had a bathtub and the drain was covered, the water became a well. And the worst were the pillows, they smelled terrible and were very old and dirty. I will never return.

My opinion is not of the hotel itself but of the lounge that is located on the upper terrace of the hotel where the pool is located. The place is undoubtedly beautiful but the variety of drinks is terrible, they did not have red wines and the person in charge of preparing the cocktails does it awfully. That service was terrible.
