Good location of the hotel. Clean. Good service, easy check in. Had dinners there as well, reasonably priced. Few problems with air con, otherwise no problems

Excelente estadía como en otras oportunidades, solo que esta vez el servicio de WiFi estaba lento, algo que deben evaluar. Igualmente el servicio de desayuno incluído en la estadía fue muy aceptable con variedad de opciones y muy buena atención

Excelente atención, buen ambiente, mejorar el servicio del aire en la habitación 7-20, no enfriaba como las demas, ah revisar el funcionamiento de la nevera ya que no enfriaba, aparte de eso muy acogedor y cercano a muchos lugares atractivo de Caracas, de igual forma volvería a hospedarme

Tengo 2 sugerencias: 1. El internet es MALO, deberían mejorarlo 2. La cocina del hotel debería ser variada, llegué con mi hija en la noche y fuimos al restaurante del hotel y la comida era tipo bufet o buffet (proteínas: pollo y carne) y mi hija quería comer pasta y como no había, salimos del hotel para comer afuera Si ustedes son un hotel 5 estrellas deberían tener mejor servicio para los huéspedes
