Several of the other reviews seemed unnecessarily harsh. For the location, which is an expensive area, this is a fine hotel for the price. It was very clean, the owners and workers were nice and friendly, and the food at the restaurant was good. They cooked for us one night even though we were the only ones there.
The balcony views of the lake and mountains were amazing. But the road noise is for real, especially during rush hour, but calms down a lot past 7pm. Maybe bring some ear plugs if you are concerned, but it is worth the sacrifice for the view!

Courtesy need to be improved.
Breakfast wasn’t very good.
As per my reservation I was expected to have room with balcony, instead there was just a window.
Outside there is noisy traffic.

I was afraid to touch things because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned or wiped in years. The floor mat had stains on it. The sheets did smell washed and looked clean
Hair dryer didn't work.
Shower had was wonky - calcified head so the water sprayed in directions it wasn't meant to & the water pressure was low because the head was probably worn out.
Not a great location. Even for the view. Lake view is literally everywhere in como stay somewhere else for yes same price that's cleaner and skip on the lake view

Ganska slitet hotell som ligger direkt vid vägen vilket innebär mycket oljud från både bilar och motorcyklar. Troligtvis bättre om man kan bo högre upp än på första våningen som vi gjorde. Ok frukost samt restaurang med prisvärd mat.

Als tussenstop op de heenweg hier geslapen. Alles gedateerd, bedden zijn redelijk, restaurant redelijk, zwembad vrij klein, voor een tussenstop op doorreis goed genoeg. Op de terugweg ook hier willen slapen. Via de mail aangevraagd of het kon, het kon en dit is ook bevestigd. Bij aankomst bleek het niet zo te zijn, foutje! Sorry maar we zitten vol dus we konden niet blijven! Gelukkig nog wel een hotel gevonden, wel 3 kwartier verder moeten rijden en voor bijna het dubbele qua kosten. Geven niet thuis wat betreft het ongemak en de extra kosten. Hele slechte service! Zou het zeker niet aanbevelen. Sterker nog, zou aanbevelen om dit hotel over te slaan!
