Boas instalações, estacionamento privativo fechado, quartos limpos, roupas de cama e banho bem cuidadas. Funcionários muito atenciosos e cordiais. Café da manhã bem servido. Ponto de atenção apenas para a ducha com saída da água incompatível com o tamanho do box e que acaba jogando água pra fora. Mas foi o único ponto negativo a considerar. Gostei do hotel e recomendo.

Uma excelente alternativa em Caratinga. Hotel limpo, agradável, bom café da manhã, atendimento excelente.
Problema se chegar tarde é ter que deixar o carro na rua por falta de estacionamento. Água fria na torneira do banheiro e sem local para pendurar toalhas.

Bom atendimento e boa limpeza. As instalações são básicas e espaço reduzido. Serviço de garagem deficiente. Falta conforto e atrativo para quem gosta de estar hospedado em hotéis. É funcional e prático.
