Very nice hotel, very well located, with great services.
However, we note the poor soundproofing between the rooms of the main castle, the lack of bathrobes in the rooms for the swimming pool or care products in the bathroom. Our stay still remains very pleasant and comfortable.

The room was really small and out dated. It was so loud the pipes were banging all night and you can hear the people in the rooms above and next door as though they were sat next to you. The pool was terrible, slippery, outdated and you had to pay to use a towel.
The grounds are lovely, staff were friendly and breakfast was standard.
I personally would not stay again and feel that a travel lodge would have been better value for money.

The hotel has spectacular views over St. Ives and is set in a very peaceful location. The staff are very friendly and attentive and we had a wonderful stay. There are plenty of amenities included and the grounds are really nice to explore. The restaurant was spacious and the food was excellent. If you want something a little more special than the usual hotels, this is certainly the place to go!

Treganna Castle is lovely, it is stylish and set in amazing grounds. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was amazing and a superb menu choice and service. A fabulous location

We have just got home from a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary . Friendly staff, hotel is beautiful and very clean and great views overlooking the gardens and St Ives. Used the pool a few times which was very relaxing. The rooms are clean and bed was comfy. Room for us was Slightly too hot having to leave the windows open through the night but that could be a personal preference. Thank you for a lovely stay! Look forward to visiting again soon

Absolutely fabulous setting with stunning views. Friendly, polite and helpful staff (the receptionist was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and very helpful). The room was enormous and amazing value.
