The hostess at the front desk on 1/9/2024 at 5:00 pm assisted me with checking in. She was very professional, accommodating, and courteous. I failed to remember her name - but I wanted to thank her again!!!!

The room was clean and nice. The TV is still small but it worked well. We had a decent breakfast. We have stayed here dozens of times and we seldom have bad surprises. We tried an accessible room but actually didn't need it and will probably not do that again as there are things in the bathroom that are missing like a large sink with counter space.

Employee smoking directly outside the entrance was a major inconvenience when trying to enter the building. Please relocate the smoking area to the end of the building so your guests do not have to walk through the second hand smoke. Breakfast options were decent. Peanut butter and real butter would've been nice.

Clean facility and inviting staff. Quiet location. Breakfast was provided and was very nice. Cute mini waffles and mini pancakes you get to make yourself. Also fixings for a breakfast sandwich we're provided. Cereal, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt and coffee. All very nicely kept clean and no intrusive staff. Higher priced than the Super 8 which is next door but it was worth the extra amount.

I booked the room with points which was good. After we got the room we discover the toilet wouldn't flush. I went down to the front desk and complained and they gave me a plunger to help get it to flush. Well that didn't work so they said to use the toilets in the hall and would have someone fix it in the morning. They moved us to a different room the next day which isn't a fun experience but at least the toilet worked. I'm not sure if we'll get some points back because of our bad experience but hope so.

Check in clerk was very friendly & helpful. Check out clerk also very friendly. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Decent selection for quick breakfast. Good supply of towels & toiletries. Would stay here again.
