Great for an overnight stay. Room was decent anf quier. Pet friendly with a fee of $20 per pet. Walking distance to Sergio's Cantina and Dunkin' Donuts. Also VERY close to TJ Maxx, Home Goods and a liquor store. You could probably walk to TJ Maxx and Home Goods if the weather was nice. It's safe enough.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked. I was very pleasantly surprised. It's an older property, but it is being very well maintained by the more than friendly staff. Every staff member I encountered smiled and said hi. As long as you remember you get what you pay for, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The highlight was the large,comfy bed. Breakfast was a little chintzy (only powder creamer, for example), and I'm not sure I've ever used thinner toilet paper, but those are minor things. It was fine overall, and not expensive.

Breakfast is cold cereal and a gallon of milk on a counter, nothing else, and coffee that was barely fresh.
Room was clean, bathroom had peeling paint, and the sofa was broken so badly that it was unusable.

We were very pleased with our room and the comfort of the bed. If you stay here and can’t do stairs, make sure you choose first floor. There is NO elevator in this facility but they do have several rooms on the first floor.
